Deep Fried Green Beans

1

Yum! I got deep-fried green beans from the Rockinโ€™ R Restaurant.

I recently went to Rockin’ R Restaurant here on Antelope Boulevard and I got to try deep-fried green beans. It was my first time trying deep-fried green beans.

Deep-fried green beans on the menu.

Deep-fried green beans are very easy to make. Here is a short video I found on Youtube.

Here’s a baked green beans recipe I found on Youtube.

I really love green beans. They are the best. I love green beans sauteed with soy sauce, onions, and garlic also. It is what I used to eat lots in the Philippines.

Here is a Filipino green bean recipe. This is my fave.

For another yummy green bean recipe. Check out my old post. This recipe is an Indian food recipe.

Colorful Costa Rica

I am not sure what kind of flower this is, but it looks sort of like petunias. They are very beautiful.

Check out my new collage of my pics from Costa Rica.

I loved traveling to Latin America because it allowed me to experience the Latin American culture. I started learning Spanish when I was in fourth grade and ever since then I have been interested in Spain and Latin America. When I went to Costa Rica in 2019, I got to experience the Costa Rican culture and see beautiful sights. When I came back I had many stories and photos to share. It was an amazing experience.

During my travel experience, I was able to gain a broader perspective of my life and that I had many choices as to where I could possibly settle in the future. When I was in Costa Rica I gained many new friends and I was able to help them learn English. They also taught me many new things and I felt like I had a support system. Latin America, especially Costa Rica is very welcoming to foreigners. I highly suggest visiting Costa Rica if you are ever in Latin America.

Maximo Nivelโ€™s volunteer teach program allowed me to cross paths with the locals and really experience their culture. My volunteer teaching experience in San Jose, Costa Rica enriched my life in so many ways. I gained new friends from Maximo Nivel, from my homestay, from Fundacion Mujer, and from the hotel I stayed at. It was a very fun experience and I highly suggest booking a volunteer program with Maximo Nivel.

Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica also had the best restaurants. Check out this awesome collage I made.

Loved Manuel Antonio’s food!

Check out the cake pic. I edited it. Now it looks super duper delicious ๐Ÿ™‚

When I was planning my trip to Costa Rica, I made all sorts of really cool entries into my journal. Here are some entries.

I copied my Costa Rica guide book and glued it into my journal. I also went shopping for a new bathing suit and shorts. I really got into Instax at that time. To learn more about my love for Instax visit my other blog: DiligentTraveler.wordpress.com.
